Trinity Dancers Exceed Every Expectation

A group of 80 talented students exceeded every expectation this week as they proudly represented the College at the Dance Ultra North Regional Competition at Immanuel College.

Trinity dancers lit up the stage, impressing both judges and the audience, and returned home with an incredible seven trophies and only narrowly missed several more top placings, earning three second places and three third places, with all routines placing in their divisions. 

Throughout the day, judges repeatedly commented on the outstanding quality of the choreography, recognising not only its creativity and vision, but also the professionalism and artistry evident in every performance. 

Very special congratulations must go to Head of Dance Caley Milhench, whose exceptional leadership made these results possible. The success of our team is a testament not only to her talent as a choreographer, but to the supportive, encouraging and aspirational culture she has built within our dance program.

Congratulations to everyone involved on this phenomenal result – we can’t wait for the finals!

  • THIRD PLACE – Musical Theatre (Year 11 and 12 Dance – Cross the Line)
  • THIRD PLACE – Open Lyrical (Year 12 Dance)
  • THIRD PLACE – Solo Lyrical (Alyssa Nicolai)
  • WINNER – School Spirit Award (2nd year in a row!)
