Performing Arts Theatre Meets Construction Milestones

Construction of the new Performing Arts Theatre is on schedule with the project reaching several milestones recently. With external cladding being installed, the building has stamped a unique footprint at the College.

The state-of-the-art facility is the manifestation of a significant investment in the arts by the College and will give students of all ages the opportunity to develop and showcase their artistic talents.

The theatre will also help to foster further development of creative skills, artistic appreciation and the opportunity for self-expression which at Trinity College, are all vital elements for the development of the whole person.

Additionally, the facility will provide outstanding learning spaces for a wide variety of educational and community uses including musicals and dramatic plays, music, dance, oratory performances, ensembles, soirees, assemblies, information evenings, social functions, meetings and exhibitions.

This exciting new development is anticipated to open mid-2023.
