High Performance STARplex Membership

Applications close last week of each term.

Trinity College offers several high performance STARplex memberships for students with outstanding or demonstrated ability in sport in Years 10, 11 or 12.

The successful recipient will be entitled to a complimentary three month STARplex gym membership, renewable subject to the continued adherence to award criteria.

Year 8 General Excellence Scholarship for 2013

Applications close 31 March each year.

Open to all existing Trinity College students and external students wishing to attend the College.

The College offers the General Excellence Scholarship to all students entering Year 8 in 2013. The scholarship is awarded based on the results of previous school reports and evidence of outstanding ability in an additional area. The successful recipient is entitled to a 50% remission on tuition fees for Years 8 - 12.

Year 8 Performing Arts Scholarship for 2013

Applications close 31 March each year.

Open to all existing Trinity College students and external students wishing to attend the College.

The College offers this scholarship to a student entering Year 8 in 2013 with outstanding or demonstrated ability in drama, composition, music or voice. The successful applicant is entitled to a 50% remission on tuition fees for Years 8 - 12.

Colin and Alexandra Hamilton Scholarship for 2013

Applications close 31 March each year.

Open to one existing student and one external student wishing to attend Trinity College.

The College offers two Colin and Alexandra Hamilton Scholarships. The first is to a student attending the College who has completed their primary years and whose family are unable to afford the completion of secondary education.

The second is for a student wishing to attend the College but whose financial circumstance prevents them being able to attend. Click here for application form.

Applications are handled with the strictest of confidence. Successful applicants of this Scholarship are not promoted in College materials, nor are their names released to the public and wider community.

Foundation Performing Arts Scholarship 2012

Applications close Tuesday 21 February 2012.

This scholarship is offered ever two years to support the College's Whole School Musical Production. Students must be in Years 9-12 and must be in the College Musical Cast. "Me & My Girl" is the production scheduled to perform early August 2012.

Up to $1,500 is awarded to the successful applicant.

Hayley Centenera Scholarship 2015

Currently filled - next round 2014.

Open to a current Trinity College South student or external student wishing to attend Trinity College and is entering either Years 7, 8 or 9. The scholarship is up to Year 10 only and entitles the successful applicant to full remission on tuition fees.

The scholarship will be presented to a student who will contribute enthusiastically to the whole life of the school who without this financial support would not have the opportunity to attend Trinity College.

The scholarship is for overall contribution. The recipient need not necessarily be an outstanding academic, but will show a strong commitment to their studies and will be able to detail achievements in areas outside the academic program. Applicants are required to submit school reports and National Assessment Program - Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) test results, attend an interview and provide proof of family income.

The scholarship supports one student at a time to the completion of Year 10. A new scholarship will be offered from 2015. Applications must use the approved form and no further applications will be considered until 2014. Applications may be submitted by a student or a Head of House may encourage and sponsor an application. The application must be supported by the Principal.

Year 8 Academic Scholarship for 2013 is CLOSED - Examinations will be held on Saturday 11 February

Trinity College offers one academic scholarship annually to a student entering Year 8 the following year. The scholarship is awarded based on the results of the Australian Cooperative Entry Program (ACEP). The successful recipient is entitled to 50% remission on tuition fees.

This scholarship is open to all existing Trinity College students and external students wishing to attend the College.

ACEP is a scholarship selection and entry test that identifies the highest achieving students within a group of high achievers. External students are required to complete a College enrolment form and attach an academic scholarship application form.

Registration for the 2013 ACEP scholarship is now CLOSED. Deadline for 2014 applications will be announced in Term 4 2012.

Scholarships for students entering Year 11 in 2013

Trinity College Foundation General Excellence Scholarship for 2013

Applications close 31 July each year.

Open to all existing Trinity College students and external students wishing to attend the College.

Trinity College Foundation offers this scholarship to a student entering Year 11 in 2013. The scholarship will be awarded to a student with outstanding academic ability which is supported by a partilcular talent in an additional area. The successful applicant will be entitled to full remission of tuition fees for Years 11 and 12 and cover the cost of all books.

DATACOM Scholarship 2013

Currently filled - next round mid 2012.

Open to all existing Trinity College students and external students wishing to attend the College.

DATACOM and the Trinity College Foundation have combined to establish a two year scholarship to encourage and directly assist an internal or external student who has a passion for Information Communication Technology (ICT) and would like to continue their studies in this area at university.

The scholarship is offered biannually and is currently open to a student studying Year 11 in 2013. The scholarship entitles the successful applicant to full remission of tuition fees for Years 11 and 12.

 

AON Scholarship

 

The AON Scholarship is offered to existing Trinity College students and external students entering Year 11 in 2013.

Applications close Friday 30 March 2012.

Applicants must have an interest in and/or be performing well, in any disciplines appropriate to the insurance industry (eg accountancy, law, engineering, valuation, risk assessment). The scholarship may lead to a cadetship with AON Insurance Services.

The successful applicant is entitled to half remission of tuition fees for years 11 and 12. CLICK HERE for application form.

 

Scholarships for Trinity College Old Scholars

AMCOR Glass Scholarship

 

Open to a past Trinity College student only.

AMCOR Glass and the Trinity College Foundation have combined to establish a two year scholarship to encourage and directly assist a past Trinity College student, currently undertaking an engineering degree, to complete their studies.
The scholarship is offered annually to a student entering either their third year of a single degree or fourth year of a double degree and entitles the successful applicant to $5,000 over two years.
