Montessori preschool

Trinity College Montessori pre school offers an exciting and innovative approach to early learning for children aged between 3 and 5 years old.

Our environment caters for purposeful and enjoyable activity.
It gives children the freedom to practice skills at their own pace, developing independence and self confidence.
We keep our curriculum as broad as possible; the children are involved in fun activities rich in language, maths, sciences and the arts.
We welcome enquiries and invite prospective parents to visit.

Montessori Christmas Party

To celebrate the end of year, we will be having a Party Breakup and all Montessori families are welcome.
Breakup will be on Thursday December 11 from 9:30 to 11:30am.
Please bring a small plate of party food to share (note our nut/popcorn free preschool policy) and a hat.
There will be fun games, craft activities, cooking and lots of other surprises.
One activity will be to decorate a gingerbread man to take home and eat, if you wish your child to participate, the cost will be $4.00 and needs to be returned to the Preschool by December 5.

Lunchcare Assistance

Each year we ask if there is anyone able to help with supervising lunchcare between 11.30 and 12.30.

Healthy Food Healthy Kids

Morning and afternoon tea snacks are intended to be healthy ones. Fruit, crackers, veggies cheese or dried fruit is preferred. If your child is here all day, then make sure you pack two snacks as well as something for lunch, we don’t like to see them run out by afternoon teatime!

NO hat, play in the shade

Every child will need a hat for outside play as we strictly enforce our sun protection policy of “no hat, play in the shade.”

Change of Clothes

Each child needs to bring a change of clothes to each session.

Toys

We do not encourage the children to bring toys from home and no responsibility will be taken for things that go missing or get broken.
