This wouldn't have been possible without the commitment of staff to the Sports Days in term 1, the athletes, many of whom have trained through-out winter to be ready for the up-coming Track & Field season and a dedicated group of coaches.

2013 SAPSASA and SSSSA Cross Country Championships
This year it was a beautiful Autumn day with a brisk start to the morning, and lovely sunshine throughout the day at Oakbank for the annual SSSSA and SAPSASA Cross Country Championships.  Over one hundred and twenty Trinity College students were selected in the team, representing all five Trinity Schools.

All students performed well on the track with most competitors finishing well up in the field in their event, and were equally commendable, supporting their peers from the grandstand and trackside.

This year Trinity won a team gold medal in the 14 Year Old Boys division, and Nathan Pearson performed extremely well finishing with a Bronze medal in the Open Boys event.  Well done on a terrific run Nathan.

Congratulations to all team members for your selection, which was based on performances at individual school based Cross Country runs held earlier in Term 2.
