Entry Points into Trinity College

The main point of entry into Trinity College is Reception with additional intakes occurring at North and South schools in Year 7 and 8 and Year 11 and 12 at Trinity College Senior.  Vacancies can occur at other year levels when current students leave the College.  These places are filled from the waiting list in line with the Enrolment Policy.

Reception

To avoid disappointment, please lodge your application early. Applications for enrolment for Reception positions are currently being accepted and allocated up to and including 2017. Places are allocated based on date of application with formal offers made two years prior to commencement.

Year 7 & 8

Year 7 is the start of our middle school and is proving to be an excellent transition point for new students in to Trinity College North and Trinity College South. There is also a traditional intake in Year 8 at Trinity College North and Trinity College South.

Year 7 & 8 vacancies occur at Trinity College Blakeview and Trinity College Gawler River if current students leave.

The first round of offers for the Year 7 & 8 intake is made two years in advance. Applications for the first round of offers must be received by 31st May two years prior to commencement date. Applications received after 31st May will be placed on a waiting list. Final offers for the balance of places will be made in Term 1 of the year preceding commencement in line with the Enrolment Policy.

Year 7 & Year 8 2013
The first round of information sessions and offers have occurred. Applications are still being accepted for possible placement.  Please contact us for more information.

Year 7 & 8 2014
Lodge your application now to be included in the first round of information that will go out in Term 1 2012. Offers will be made subsequent to the information day/first transition session in Term 2 2012.

Middle School

Interviews can be conducted for a limited number of 2012 middle school vacancies at Trinity College Blakeview, Gawler River, North and South schools. Please telephone the Enrolment Office to discuss availability.

Trinity College Senior (Years 11 & 12)

The final two years at school are crucial for students deciding where their future lies.

Whether a student is considering going on to university, starting a trade or seeking employment, Trinity College Senior can provide the best possible preparation for their future.

At Trinity there are over 40 subjects on offer to senior school students with the flexibility to change courses if they find their initial choices are not the best for them. Our staff provide support and guidance to help students identify what they are good at and are committed to preparing them for the vocation that's right for them.

Opportunity currently exists for new enrolments at Trinity College Senior for Semester 1 2012. We encourage families to come and see our amazing facilities and meet the staff in person.
